Apex IT Group is a fast growth leader in the IT Services and Cybersecurity field in the region and looking for a shark to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Perform approx. 100 outbound dials per day to qualified prospects
  • A minimum goal of 3 net-new appointments per week with the decision-makers of businesses
  • Qualify new leads based on our right fit sweet spot client
  • Continually update and maintain the CRM database with accurate information
  • Build relationships with the decision-maker – Planting seeds for future opportunity

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales account management, appointment setting or B2B cold-calling experience
  • The ideal candidate would have an up-beat; positive-attitude, ability to remain professionally persistent, and must generally enjoy being on the phone
  • Organizational, time management skills and attention to important detail is a must
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM software
  • Money-motivated individual with a strong desire to win
